A Garage Door allows for storing your vehicle, while the second floor allows for valuable extra storage space. The Elite Classic Cottage Garage model is built with 9' high side walls and a 10/12 roof pitch, and comes standard with 1 - 8'x7' Classic style Garage Door with Glass, 1 - 3' Side Door, 2 oversized windows with shutters on the first floor, 2 windows with shutters on the second floor, and 2 gable vents.
